Tory adopts Canadian Green Parties’ platform methodology

A bottom up approach to creating platform is what Greens have been doing for years. However, this is just a sign of a bigger trend: flattening of hierarchy in our society.

Look at Howard Dean, Ed Stelmach, Stephan Dion. This is not a trend of bottom up platform creation, but a trend of a bigger and greater magnitude of grassroot contact strategy and flatter management style.
