Hi,
The case you inquired about is an Indian case decided by the Supreme Court of India, where a Supreme Court bench cautioned the judiciary against excessive interference in day-to-day governance of the country. However, to my mind the caution itself is misplaced and on that account becomes an instance of ‘judicial adventurism’ itself — something that it seeks to caution against. That’s the irony of it. Amusing, isn’t it?
